74 is a 37 x 12ft 3 bedroom 8 berth Delta Ascot.Key Features: Dog Friendly, Wi-Fi, central heating, enclosed side deck, allocated parking, good size lounge with electric fire, dining area, modern styled kitchen that is fully equipped to cater for the all the family, piped gas and family shower room.
DOG FRIENDLY The owner of 74 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE The open plan lounge incorporates comfortable fixed seating and comes complete with TV, free view, DVD player and electric fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.
KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, integrated fridge and small freezer and microwave. The dining area is comfortable and benefits from both fixed seating and additional stools.
BEDROOMSThis holiday home has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and over bed storage. The twin rooms both have two single beds, fitted small wardrobe and radiator. 74 can comfortably cater 8 guests as there is an occasional pull out bed located in the lounge.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET Benefits from a shower cubical, wash basin and toilet.
HEATING An electric fire in the lounge and central heating throughout. The caravan is double glazed.
VERANDA Gated side veranda with patio furniture.
PARKING Allocated parking.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
WIFI Wi-Fi access is available in the caravan at not additional charge. The service is supplied by a third party and connection and speed cannot be guaranteed.
