H6 is a 35 x 12ft 3 bedroom 8 berth Willerby Etchingham.Key Features: Wi-Fi, central heating, private parking, dog friendly, good size lounge with gas fire, dining area, modern styled kitchen that is fully equipped to cater for the all the family, separate shower and toilet room.
DOG FRIENDLY The owner of H6 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE The open plan lounge incorporates comfortable fixed seating and comes complete with TV, free view, DVD player and gas fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.
KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, full size fridge-freezer, and microwave. The dining area is comfortable and benefits from both fixed seating and additional stools.
BEDROOMSThis holiday home has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and vanity area. The twin rooms have two single beds, fitted small wardrobes and radiator. H6 can comfortably cater for 8 guests as there is an occasional pull out bed located in the lounge.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET Benefits from a shower cubical & wash basin and separate toilet and wash basin.
HEATING A gas fire in the lounge and central heating throughout. The caravan has double glazing fitted.
PARKING Allocated parking behind the caravan.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
WIFI Wi-Fi access is available in the caravan at no additional charge. The service is supplied by a third party and connection and speed cannot be guaranteed.
