5 is a 35 x 12ft 3-bedroom 8 birth Willerby Rio.Key Features: 2 x toilets, central heating throughout, central heating, parking, good size lounge with gas fire, dining area, Wi-Fi, modern styled kitchen, piped gas, family shower room and separate toilet.
LOUNGEThe open plan lounge incorporates comfortable fixed seating and comes complete with TV, free view, DVD player and gas fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.
KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, under counter fridge with freezer box, and microwave. The dining area is comfortable and benefits from both fixed seating and additional stools.
BEDROOMS This holiday home has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and over bed storage. Two twin rooms with two single beds and fitted small wardrobe with and radiators. 5 can comfortably cater 8 guests. There is an occasional pull-out bed located in the lounge for those extra guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET Comprises of a shower cubical, wash basin and toilet. This unit also benefits from a separate toilet.
HEATING 5 has a gas fire in the lounge and radiators throughout the bedrooms.
PARKING Allocated parking.
