LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates comfortable fixed seating and comes complete with TV, free view, Chromecast, DVD player and gas fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.

KITCHEN & DINING : The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, under counter fridge with freezer box, and microwave. The dining area is comfortable and benefits from both fixed seating and additional stools.

BEDROOMS: This holiday home has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and over bed storage. Two twin rooms with two single beds and fitted small wardrobe with and radiators. 5 can comfortably cater 8 guests. There is an occasional pull-out bed located in the lounge for those extra guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET; 5 benefits from a shower cubical, wash basin and toilet. This unit also benefits from a separate toilet.

HEATING: 5 has a gas fire in the lounge and radiators throughout the bedrooms.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Location from main amenities; approx. 3 -4-minute walk. Wifi are supplied free of charge and maintained by a third party, therefore we cannot guarantee its access, speeds and usage.

NON-SMOKING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
