LOUNGE; This holiday home benefits from a lounge with free standing furniture, large flat screen Tv, DVD, Free view, fixed units, and a flame effect electric fire.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; 67 has been fitted with a modern kitchen which includes an integrated fridge & freezer, cooker, and microwave. The dining area has free standing table and chairs.
BEDROOMS; Two bedrooms, one double with double size bed, TV with Free view, fitted wardrobes, en-suite toilet. One twin bedroom with small, fitted wardrobe (twin beds can be pushed together to form an additional double) and radiator. 67 can accommodate a maximum of six guests when using the sofa bed in the lounge.
BATHROOM & TOILET; Main bedroom as previously mentioned has en-suite toilet; there is also a fitted bathroom, with toilet, wash basin and a double shower cubical.
HEATING ; Yes, double-glazed, and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
NON-SMOKING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
