LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates comfortable fixed seating and comes complete with TV, free view, DVD player, nest of tables, usb sockets and gas fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional double pull out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.
KITCHEN & DINING : The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, under counter fridge with freezer box, and microwave. The dining area is comfortable and benefits from both fixed seating and additional stools.
BEDROOMS: This holiday home has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, over bed storage, en-suite toilet, usb socket and room for a travel cot. The twin room has two single beds, fitted small wardrobe, usb point and radiator. 12 can comfortably cater 6 guests as there is an occasional pull out bed located in the lounge.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET; 12 benefits from a shower cubical, wash basin and toilet. This unit also benefits from a separate toilet located as an en-suite in the master bedroom.
HEATING: 12 has a gas fire in the lounge and central heating throughout. The caravan has had double glazing fitted.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Location from main amenities; approx. 3 -4-minute walk.
PATIO: Patio area with pub style seating and extending washing line.
WIFI Wifi is supplied free of charge and maintained by a third party, therefore we cannot guarantee its access, speeds and usage.
