13 is a 36 x 12’ wide Willerby Rio Deluxe 6 berth holiday homeKey features: Double glazing, veranda, fan heating, 2 toilets, modern lay out, standard fridge and microwave, table top freezer box, en-suite toilet, allocated parking.
LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from open plan lounge with fixed sofas (includes an occasional pull out bed for extra guests), large fronted window, flat screen TV, DVD and gas fire.
KITCHEN & DINING : modern fitted kitchen furnished with a fridge with freezer section, cooker and microwave. The owner also has added table top freezer. The dining area comes complete with free standing dining table & stools.
BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, overhead storage, vanity area and en-suite toilet with wash basin. Twin room with small fitted wardrobes and integrated fan heater. The lounge has an occasional pull out bed allowing 13 to accommodate a maximum of six guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET; the shower room is fully fitted with toilet, wash basin and large shower.
HEATING ; Double-glazed and fan heating in the bedrooms.
VERANDA Yes, a side gated decking to be fitted.
